Some of the goods we transport are packed in Big Bags in the factory. If the final customer is a silo customer, the bagged goods have to be refilled into a silo truck. This refilling or silage is a further service provided by H. Freund.

It is important that soiling caused by packaging or other material is avoided during the refilling process. Special know-how and equipment are required to carry out this process correctly and safely.

Our silage system has a complete stainless steel lining. It allows the silage of high-grade plastics such as granulates, powder or polymers. A special funnel design endures no residual sack material gets into the silo tank. The system is suitable for paper and plastic sacks and can process around 25t of granulate in 1 hour.
