We are committed to "responsible Care"
As a logistics company we appreciate our social responsibility to work sustainably and safely and would like to contribute to the solution of environmental problems. This is why we are committed to keeping the basic principles of Responsible Care. This global initiative is an independent network of companies from the chemical industry who are striving for constant improvement in health & safety and environmental issues independently of legal guidelines.
The initiative was launched in the year 1985, when some of the member companies of the Canadian Chemical Producers Association (CCPA) drew up the basic principles of Responsible Care and designed its characteristic logo. In 1991, a German Responsible Care programme was launched, headed by the German Chemical Industry Association “Verband der Chemischen Industrie (VCI)”.
Only the very latest technologies and methods for haulage, reloading and storage
Since 2009, logistics companies have also been able to take part in the initiative. To this end, VCI has declared the improvement of transport safety, particularly that of hazardous goods, and the optimisation of quality assurance as basic principles. To achieve these targets, we only use the very latest technologies and methods for haulage, reloading and storage. In addition, we set great store by regular vehicle servicing and checks in our very own garage, the comprehensive further qualification of our employees and continual improvement of process workflows.
